These plans are exclusively for changes, updates, and modifications to projects previously developed and delivered by Busiserve. They do not include new project development, which requires a separate quotation even after purchasing a plan.

Your first month starts when your payment is verified. Your dashboard shows the exact activation and expiry dates.
Renewing early
Your next month starts after your existing paid periods finish. Each period receives its own change allowance. Renewals require a new purchase.
One focused update to an existing element or section—for example, replacing a banner using an image you provide, updating a contact number, or adjusting the spacing in one section. Several unrelated updates count as separate requests. We confirm the scope before work starts.

No. The plans are only for changes to a website Busiserve has already developed and delivered. A new website, a redesign, new pages or new features need a separate quotation, even while a plan is active. Tell us what you need and we will quote it.
No. A plan is a single one-month purchase with no automatic renewal and nothing stored for future billing. A further month requires a new purchase, and your dashboard shows your activation and expiry dates.
No. Change requests expire with the month they belong to and are not carried forward, credited or refunded. If you expect to need more changes, the next plan up includes more requests for the same month.
Yes. Each month is bought separately, so you can choose a different plan for your next month. A plan already paid for runs to the end of its period as purchased.
